Triad Residential Solutions is committed to hiring staff with the motivation and desire necessary to promote positive experiences for our clients.  All potential employees must meet requirements set forth by the Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities, including an Ohio BCII or FBI background screening.  Please read the employment requirements listed below before completing an employment application.  Applications should be submitted, in person, to the respective Triad Residential Solutions administrative office.

Employment Requirements:

  • Eligibility to be employed and work in the United States of America
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Possess high school diploma or equivalent
  • BCII/FBI background check and database screening validating employment eligibility*
  • Valid vehicle operator’s license with fewer than 6 points on current official driver abstract
  • Current vehicle insurance coverage no less than the Ohio state minimum requirement
  • Physical ability to lift, lower, and maneuver up to 50 pounds
  • Availability for all shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

*Database screenings completed by employer after application submission.  BCII/FBI background screening instructions will be provided by employer at time of interview.

All prospective employees must present the following documents for employment eligibility:

  • Valid and current driver license
  • Proof of current vehicle insurance coverage no less than the Ohio state minimum requirement
  • Official Driver Abstract Record from Bureau of Motor Vehicles
  • Social Security Card / Birth Certificate / Proof of Citizenship
  • High School Diploma or GED
