Triad Residential Solutions provides services through Medicaid waiver funding appropriated by the Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities. We currently support individuals utilizing Level One, Individual Options, and SELF waivers, and may also accommodate individual budgets. Triad Residential Solutions works in conjunction with County Board agents to maintain individualized support plans reflective of waiver funding.
